Bob and Blether are a welcoming cold water swimming group, based in St Andrews, Scotland. Founded by Caroline Blair and Jamie Craig-Gentles, we are passionate and driven to make positive change in women's lives. As well as providing a supportive, friendly community for women living in the area and beyond, we organise events and aim to  raise funds for charity, enriching people's lives.

Our holistic approach including cold water therapy, sauna, yoga, inspirational talks, therapy workshops, soundbathing, cocoa, reiki, outdoorsy activities and much more.
