By purchasing a ticket to the Bob & Blether International Women's Day 2027 event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Tickets & Refunds

• All ticket sales are final.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, transfers or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased, unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Event Communications

• All attendees must provide a valid email address when booking.
• Important event information, including workshop bookings, timings and event updates, will be communicated via email.
• It is the responsibility of each attendee to read and respond to these communications where requested.
• Failure to respond may affect your ability to book workshops or receive important event information.

Workshop Bookings

• Individual workshops and activities will be released closer to the event.
• Each attendee will be required to book their preferred workshops once the schedule is announced.
• Workshop places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Sea Swim Information

We warmly welcome women of all sea swimming abilities, whether you're a seasoned swimmer or taking your very first dip.

Participation in the sea swim is entirely optional.

While every effort is made to ensure a safe event, open water swimming can never be completely risk-free. We ask all participants to take personal responsibility for their own safety by:

• Listening to your body and only entering the water if you feel comfortable.
• Never swimming alone.
• Entering the water slowly to acclimatise to the temperature.
• Considering the use of a tow float if preferred.
• Familiarising yourself with open water safety guidance provided by HM Coastguard before the event.

For comfort and warmth, we strongly recommend bringing:

• A warm hat
• Neoprene gloves and socks (if you have them)
• A towel
• Warm, dry clothing to change into
• A hot water bottle or warm drink for afterwards, if preferred

Entry into the sea is entirely at your own risk.

Qualified lifeguards and ambulance support will be in attendance at West Sands Beach throughout the organised swim.

Event Changes & Cancellation

The organisers reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel any part of the event at any time if necessary, particularly due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety or enjoyment of participants.

Should the event be cancelled or significantly modified, ticket holders will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred as a result of cancellation, postponement or modification of the event.

We recommend checking Bob & Blether's social media channels and your email inbox in the days leading up to the event for the latest updates.

Photography & Filming

Photography and video recording may take place throughout the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used across Bob & Blether's marketing channels unless you notify the organisers in advance.

General

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
